About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping crew. You will manage daily operations, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and maintain our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in all aspects of landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the landscaping crew on daily tasks and project timelines
- Perform and oversee landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation
- Plan and execute landscape installations including garden beds, patios, and retaining walls
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in proper working condition
- Communicate with clients to assess needs and ensure satisfaction
- Drive company vehicles and tow trailers with equipment to job sites
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience (required)
- Valid G driver’s license (required)
- Experience operating vehicles with trailers (required)
- Own vehicle capable of transporting equipment (mower, blower)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Physically fit for outdoor work in all weather conditions
