About This Role
We are expanding and need 4–6 reliable General Labourers to support our fence, deck, and landscaping projects. You will assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks. No prior experience required — we provide training. This is an excellent entry point into the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with construction of fences, decks, and outdoor structures
- Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
- Dig post holes and prepare sites for installations
- Load and unload delivery trucks and company vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Move materials including lumber, stone, soil, and concrete
- Support installation and repair projects as directed
- Perform daily site setup and cleanup
Requirements
- Previous construction or manual labour experience (preferred, not required)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Reliable and punctual, arrive on time every day
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Own transportation to job sites (preferred)
