About This Project
Spacious pressure treated wood decks with varying decking patterns, black aluminum balusters and lattice baseboards provide a durable outdoor living space.
We built 14 pressure-treated timber decks for a Burlington townhouse complex that needed more outdoor space for relaxation and everyday use. The decks are elevated above ground level and adjacent to the rear of the brick buildings, providing ample space for a dining table, barbecue, and seating.
The deck boards are laid in a combination of patterns, creating a more interesting look than a standard installation. For the railing, we used black aluminum balusters paired with wooden posts and railings - a successful blend of modern and traditional styles that complements the house.
We installed diamond-patterned lattices under the decks to keep animals out while still allowing air circulation, ensuring the structure remains intact for years to come. The result is practical, beautiful decks that will create a cozy atmosphere and last for years to come.
